Good news and bad news today. We'll start with the bad news----- yesterday was my birthday and my boy took us to the casino. Before we left the house I took my Hoodia Prime, it was an exercise in futility; the HoodiaPrime did not help me win. In truth I lost my butt.
But, the good news is the diet pills are working. So far with my dieting I've lost about a pound. I've always heard that the best way to continue a healthy weight loss is at a slow but steady pace. So far Hoodia Prime has done its job. I haven’t lost all my cravings for sweets, but, Hoodia Prime has really made me eat less. I’m guessing that is because if you feel full you just eat less.
I still have some problems with my own cooking; I was taught to taste everything I am fixing for a meal as I’m cooking it. So I’ll most likely have to change my custom of putting everything in my mouth to check the spices. Or my other choice is to eat my portion as I’m cooking it. That way I’m sure it tastes right and I don’t over indulge.
